Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $50. This excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, and Mexico.
• Our preferred carrier is USPS for all domestic orders.
• Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination, item size, and weight, including a small insurance fee to cover potential theft or damage.
• If you prefer FedEx or UPS, please notify us or leave a note with your order.
• For in-stock items, we process and ship orders within 1 business day.
• If you select overnight delivery, your order will arrive no later than the third business day from the order date.
Yes, once your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email with the tracking number. You can use it to check your shipment’s status.
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages due to incorrect addresses.
• If a package is returned or requires reshipping due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges will apply.
Refunds:
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.
• Items must be undamaged, in their original packaging, and include all tags.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method, but original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
• Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt under the same conditions as refunds.
• Customers are responsible for shipping fees for returning and reshipping exchanged items.
• Unauthorized Returns:
• Returns without prior authorization are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
